Abstract :
In order to harvest sugarcane, the whole stalk sugarcane harvester was designed by South China Agricultural University. Virtual prototyping and key parts of the sugarcane harvester were simulated in PRO/E and ADAMS. The virtual experiment was conducted to study the following factors, separated and lifted-up device, cutting device, primary conveying device, secondary conveying device, and gathering device, analyzed the flow in various parts of sugarcane harvester and field experiment was validated. Virtual results show that the virtual prototype can smoothly separating and lifting, cutting, conveying and gathering, reference value was provided for physical prototype in manufacture.
