Abstract :
This paper analyzed Grey Effect of infrastructures on city comprehensive scale of 22 cities in Xinjiang by Comprehensive Grey Relation Degree (CGCD) method with city date in 1978–2007. The results showed: (1) Grey Effect Degree(GED) of infrastructure on city scale are middling effect and strong effect types. (2) The cities which economic scales are impacted most by infrastructure are of 45.5% of total cities. (3) GED increase mainly in 1978–2007.
