  • Abstract
As a concerning in-circuit identification of electronic devices in the present paper the solution of problems set connected to a detection of unit under identification (UUI) components´ location, an identification of component types or function performed by them and a determination of links between components are meant. A result of identification is a graphical image of printed circuit board which represents UUI components, lists of their characteristics and links between them. In this case as a component can be any functionally or structurally extracted part of UUI from a separate chip up to some fragment of device. An identification has to be performed as in cases of a documentation absence for considered UUI so when there is a necessity of checking of a correspondence between a device to the diagram and its direct purpose. In last case, a device identification is performed, the result of which is a protocol printing, including messages about a direction of differences between an object diagram and the present documentation and the list of each component characteristics. The report considers based on structural and functional approach, the method and algorithm of digital component´s identification in electronic devices UUI of unknown structure
