            Abstract :
Cost-effective conveyance, bagging, palletizing, packaging and loading in the cement industry requires plants, which are developed within a consistent overall plan. Preferably, a complete system with all components being acquired from a single supplier and has to guarantee: (1) a high level of availability; (2) increase of dispatch capacity; (3) reduction of operating costs; (4) acceleration of cash flow; (5) quality control and assurance; and (6) functionality of a turn-key project. This paper shows an example of automating dispatch procedures. The individual components as well as the functions of the dispatch automation are specified and described in detail
