Analysis of the development of low-carbon economy in Tibet

It is important for Tibet to develop low-carbon economy today. Low-carbon economy can prompt circular economy and help establish a harmonious society. In order to alleviate the global warning, all of us on this earth must develop green economy, which includes low-carbon productions, low-carbon consumption and new low-carbon technologies. This article analyzes the economic trait of Tibet and explains why developing low-carbon economic is very important in Tibet. And then, it provides a series of policy advices and development methods.
