Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
To improve the reliability and economic of the power system becomes a focus for power scholars. The establishment of economic dispatch model for power system is of great significance. In this paper, a slight increase of consumption rates and other criteria is applied, considering the output limits of the generator active power and the loss of transmission line, it establishes an economic dispatch model of the combined power system. According to the model, it also gives the economic scheduling algorithm, which verifies the effectiveness of construction validity of the model due to the example.
