Abstract :
The energy saving in rural residential housing has become the focus of building energy conservation, enhancing the capacity of farmer´s home insulation is the fundamental measures of energy-saving design. With the existing rural residential in Tianjin, through full analyses of the Plane layout, building envelope, and other aspects of heating energy consumption, the energy-saving design strategy is proposed, thereby improving the planelayout, reducing the shape factor of rural residential house, enhancing the capacity of the external thermal insulation through using the native natural materials and construction techniques reasonably. Great effort is to be made to make rural housings be sustainable development, comfortable, economic, energy efficient and environmental friendly.
