  • Abstract
    For non-coaxial DUT, accurate test depends on sophisticated and expensive test fixture. In addition, real-time of measurement results is not good. In this paper, we made a simple and practical, excellent performance of the PCB test fixture and the corresponding calibration standards for a LNA operating from 2000 MHz to 2800 MHz. According to TRL direct measurement method, de-embedding computing go directly on the VNA, and real-time de-embed measured results rendered. Experimental results show that a real-time and accurate measurement can be made for Non-coaxial DUT according to this method. The test fixture and calibration standard were simple design and cheap cost. Furthermore, the test results are real-time and accurate.
