Collaborative design team formation method based on three-phase comprehensive evaluation

How to select members to form the design team is the first important issue in collaborative design projects. This paper presents to form the collaborative design team using a three-phase comprehensive evaluation method, which including preliminary evaluation, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and dynamic adjustment. Based on the method, an evaluation index system is also proposed. The effectiveness of the method is verified in an engineering case at the end of the paper. The result shows that the method has the characters of high flexibility and can be widely used in the collaborative design team formation process.
