Abstract :
This paper describes that the value of Experts Database in scientific research work, including the role of advancing, the role of check, and the role of talents nurturing in ensuring the project quality, and promoting the competence of the project. Also, this article discusses the important value of Experts Database in Macro Strategy decision-making of our country.
