Abstract :
This paper introduces a control module with digital designing of Read-Out Integrated Circuit (ROIC). This module can execute several functions, including adjusting the integral time, controlling switch of row and column, and etc. Through full custom design, we tape out this module with CMSC 0.5um Mixed Signal Technology. To this module, the details of circuit structure will be analyzed at length. Meanwhile, the results of the simulation will be exhibited and the planning and the realization of layout of this module will be illustrated briefly. By comparison, the advantages of low power and small area with full custom design are demonstrated for ROIC of low resolution. [1].
