Abstract :
Organizational support show positive relationship with job satisfaction, however, how organization support impact job satisfaction is unknown to us. This study used a sample of 317 participants from IT industry, and selected regression to test the mediation of OCB and moderator of organization commitment. From the regression, the mediation role of OCB and moderator of organization commitment are be test. Organization support influence the job satisfaction by mediation of OCB and is moderated by organization commitment‥ Individuals with high organization commitment are more likely to feel job satisfaction, while individuals with lower organization commitment are not to do so. At last, author give some suggestion to management practice.
