Abstract :
A damper winding currents ovserver is designed for twelve-phase synchronous generator for parameters indentification. The model of twelve-phase synchronous generator is established, and based on the higher-order mathematical model, the design method of the obersver is presented. The observer is used as the estimator to indentify twelve-phase synchronous generator parameters by online measurement, then the parameters identification with high degree of belief is realized. Simulations test the validity of design of the damper winding currents ovserver for use parameters identification.
