Based on Web and SOA place county dispatcher integration system´s software design

By the service-oriented architecture (SOA) and the WEB technology, this article solves the municipal county intelligence scheduling problem. Also, it introduces the construction and the software design of the system based on the dispatching features. Not only is it simple to maintain, but SOA can solve the dispatching and data-sharing issues of the inter-county, the inspection which moved to the county, the information uploaded which moved to the super rank and avoid mis-dispatching and lighten the dispatching intension.
