Abstract :
With the developments of the Internet and electronic technology, the digital city construction was put on the agenda. In this paper, the idea to develop the digital city by combining the virtual community and electronic game technologies reasonably was proposed. Meanwhile, suggestions for the digital city management were provided in detail.
