Abstract :
Focusing on the Inharmonious coordination relation of Suppliers and Demanders of reverse logistics caused by Conflicting interests of the two parties, this paper analyzes the Benefit-Sharing Mechanisms and the Service-Punishing Mechanisms of Suppliers and Demanders of Reverse Logistics. And we propose a cooperative coordination model applicable to Suppliers and Demanders of Reverse Logistics on the basis of game theory. This model provides a solution to Inharmonious coordination relation of Suppliers and Demanders of Reverse Logistics successfully through key sub-protocols such as the settlement of contractual Liability, benefits-sharing mechanism and expenses sharing mode, etc and offers the Guarantee System for the expansion of service objects and improvement of the overall profit of the third-party reverse logistics.
