Abstract
In the era of economic globalization and E-commerce, Enterprises are struggling with ERP, SCM and CRM application, aiming to maintain the competitive edge, access to the global trading environment. However, some enterprises have many difficulties in integrating all kinds of their internal and external resources. They are unable to take on exchanges of customer information streams, internal resources streams, and supply streams both internally and externally. Therefore, information isolated island has become the main bottle-necks in the development of enterprise. The information isolated island can be eliminated by integrating internal system (ERP) and external systems (SCM, CRM). This article makes a research on an integration framework of ERP, SCM and CRM, and makes a review of the relationship of information flow, cash flow, the commodities flow and logistics. Then the paper makes an analysis of basic category of enterprise integration: integration inside an enterprise, B2B integration, B2C integration, enterprise application integration. And it makes an introduction to related component of integration framework, and puts forward an integrated framework as well as proposes integration technologies in the end.
