Abstract :
This paper proposes a new reduction, that is, considers the relation of attribute reduction and attribute value reduction. When making reduction, both the attribute reduction and the attribute value reduction can be done simultaneously in the process of reduction in a decision table. In comparison with the traditional methods, the complicated comparison process in the reduction of the attribute value can be omitted. the number of the comparison times can be decreased and the reduction efficiency can be raised after using the new methods in this paper, at the same time, this paper gives some proofs.
