Abstract :
This paper demonstrates a dispatching system that is designed to link on-line WIP with customers´ orders in a foundry fab. With the characteristics of order driven, the dynamic changing of order due dates can be easily fulfilled in short time. The results show that this supply-chain-driven dispatching system has significant achievement in reducing the deviation of lot-to-to cycle time. At the same time, it also provides a good tool to monitor the progress of delivery commitment of every customer orders
