Abstract :
In this paper, we designed a model of the PCR reaction chamber by ourselves and calculated the heat flux of the reaction chamber, the lid and the sample. On the basis of the temperature calculation we simulated and analyzed the temperature field´s dynamic distribution of the reaction system and we find that the simulative result and the calculating result match each other. This offers an academic foundation to develop a self-design real-time PCR instrument.
