Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to explore the role of business-, network and entrepreneur - specific factor in driving rapid internationalization of the born global firms. Drawing upon a sample of 74 born global firms in the Yangtze Delta, results of a LISRELL analysis reveal that business-, network and entrepreneur - specific factor have a positive influence on the rapid internationalization of the born global firms. Furthermore, this research shows that entrepreneur-specific factor is positively related to business and network. The results illustrate that entrepreneur-specific factor plays an important role in driving rapid internationalization of the born global firms.
