  • Abstract
    A framework that aids in the development of distributed image-based measurement systems is presented. The framework is based on a client-server architecture that allows the construction of autonomously interacting components. In addition, the components have the property of platform and location independence. The flexible framework is evaluated with three image based measurement systems
