Investigation in the problems and countermeasure of women human resource development and management in Zhoushan fishing villages

Women in the fishing village in Zhoushan are the main force for the economic development, and also the important part to pushing forward the construction of democratic politics and to taking part in the management of its social issues. However, there are certainly gaps of human resource development between women in the fishing village in Zhoushan and women in city and rural areas around Yangtze River Delta, which restrict the development of the women themselves, and harmonious development of the new fishing and farming society to a certain degree. In this article, the author makes a detailed investigation about educational level, the condition of learning and training, the channel to employment, the state of political participation, family status and leisure style, health condition and so on of the women in Zhoushan Island, so they can grasp the current situation of their human resource, such as amount, quality, structure and so on, then they can make an appropriate analysis about their cultural degree, professional skills, health status according to the specific situation. The research object of the paper is to promote to the development and utilization of the fishing village of woman human resources., offer assist measures by getting political support from government, human resource department and women´s organization to promote the utilization of human resource of women in the fishing village and and accelerate the current pace of the construction about the new fishing village of Zhoushan.
