  • Abstract
    The influences of carbon nanotubes and nanoTiO2 of 100 nm and of 1000 nm on proliferations of chick embryo fibroblast cells and person´s liver cell (L-20) as well as their toxicities have been investigated by using 3-(4,5-dime-thylthiazol 2-yl)-2,5 diphenyltetrazolium bromde (MTT) colorimetric method and the toxicology theory, respectively. We find that these carbon nanotubes and nanoTiO2 can indeed influence the proliferations of chick embryo fibroblast cells and person´s liver cell, but their toxicity to the cells is small and belong about to first score (or degree).
