Abstract :
The problem addressed in this paper is related to numerical correction of spectrometric data aimed at enhancing its measurement quality. A digital signal processing method is proposed to enhance the interpretation of circular dichroic data in the study of proteins. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated using real-world data acquired in a biophysical laboratory
