Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The purpose of this paper is primarily identifying the critical quality factors by interpreting the consensus amongst TQM organizations. The various components of the paper [definition of TQM, Principle of TQM, Process of TQM, and key elements of TQM.] are already defined on the style sheet, as illustrated by the portions given in this document.
