Abstract
Hunger and life-keeping experiments of Scapharca subcrenata were carried out under conditions of different temperatures and off water storage, and changes of its biochemical indexes during the process were analyzed. The consequences indicate that during 24h in high temperature of 23~25°C, combined with life-keeping mode of moisturization and oxygen injection, the Scapharca subcrenata has best results for its less water loss, lower consumption of glycogen, crude protein and fats, which provides theoretical guide for short transport. There are not significant biochemical indexes differences in temperature of 0~2° among life-keeping modes. Moisture is a key factor for keeping life of Scapharca subcrenata in terms of biochemical data and life-keeping effect, which provide theoretical guide for production and long distance transport of Scapharca subcrenata.
