Abstract :
A method determining the clenbuterol and salbutamol in pork was developed. The method was based on SPE(C18), separated by ZOBAX SB C18,and using a mobile phase of 0.01mol/L Sodium dihydrogen phosphate - Acetonitrile in gradient clution, detected with wavelength 210nm. The linear relations in the scope of 1.0~10mg/kg, 3.0~30mg/kg. The recoveries ranged from 91.3%~97.2%, 79.7%~89.3%. The detection limits 0.02mg/kg, 0.05mg/kg.
