Abstract
Researching on Sinonovacula constricta. Sinonovacula constricta was experimenting at different temperatures and different storage methods under the conditions of hunger and water keeping-alive environment, to explore its changes of ATP during the processing. The results showed that: The storage method of affuxing oxygen - moisturizing to storage Sinonovacula constricta can reduce the consumption of ATP, its ATP content is Higher. by Researching on Changes of ATP in the course of Keeping-alive Sinonovacula constricta, provide reference norms for transportation and keep-alive methods.
