Abstract :
Turbo-φ codes channel coding algorithms for next generation DVB-RCS system to avoid flattening at very low bit error rates. Turbo-φ codes which extended version of conventional double binary turbo codes (m=2) can lead to better performance. This paper focus on permutation patterns and puncturing patterns for triple binary turbo codes (m=3) in order to provide various coding rates.
