Abstract
This paper studies the mechanism that how core competitiveness impacts on sustainable development based on the perspective of Wuhan City Circle. Conclusions show that core competitiveness has a significant positive impact on sustainable development; and its three dimensions also have significant positive impacts on sustainable development; furthermore, market opportunity competence and environmental uncertainty significantly and positively moderate the relationship between core competitiveness and sustainable development.
