Abstract :
In this paper, based on the survey of employee satisfaction and turnover intentions of real estate agent industry in Xian, from the five dimensions including the job, work payment, work conditions, work teams and the entire enterprise, the relationship between employee satisfaction and turnover intentions of the industry are analyzed. After the thorough research it turned out that: employee satisfactions with the job and the entire enterprise have greater impact on turnover intention, and employee turnover intention can be predicted by different levels, meanwhile employee turnover intentions varied as demographic variables. In the end, the defect of the study is pointed out and some recommendations are put forward according to the research findings.
