Abstract :
The commercial cellulose was purified by means of (NH4)2SO4 depositon, Sephadex G-150 chromatography and DEAE-Sephadex1-50.The specific activity of the β-glucosidase increased 93.13 fold and the coefficient of recovery was 6.08%, the molecular mass was 53kDa determined by gel imaging system after SDS-PAGE. The specific activity of the exo-β-glucanase increased 3.86 fold and the coefficient of recovery was 2.02%, the molecular mass was 33kDa determined by gel imaging system after SDS-PAGE. The specific activity of the endo-β-glucanase increased 4.07 fold and the coefficient of recovery was 2.6%, the molecular mass was 64kDa determined by gel imaging system after SDS-PAGE. The high filter activity can be obtained by the cocktail mixture in accordance with the specific proportion of the three kinds of enzyme endo-β-glucanase:β-glucosidase: exo-β-glucanase 3: 2: 15. Mg2+, Fe3+ can effectively activate the three kinds of enzyme at the meantime.
