Abstract :
A two-layer vibration isolation system is presented. This system uses vibration isolators as passive vibration isolation elements and voice coil motor as active vibration isolation element. The active vibration control system using fuzzy forward compensation and the coordination of fuzzy PID feedback control is designed according to the external disturbances suffered by the actual situation. The simulation results show that the proposed two-layer isolation platform fuzzy feedforward and feedback control system has good stability and anti-jamming capability, and the vibration disturbance can be effectively isolated in a very wide frequency range.
