Abstract :
Rutin was used as the standard sample and NaNO2, Al (NO3)3 and NaOH was used to compose the coloration system, the visible spectrophotometric assay of determination of total flavonoids content in Buddleja officinalis Maxim was built. The results showed that the measure wavelength was 510 nm, the total flavonoids content in Buddleja officinali Maxim was an average of 20.31%, the average recovery was 100.3% and RSD was 0.75%.
