Abstract :
In order to construct 2D-TLC bioautography combining PyricuLaria oryza P-2b for fast screening antineoplastic active components, sensitivity of the bioautography to Cisplatin, Fluorouracil, Etoposide, Doxorubicin Hydrochloride and Vinblastina was detected, antineoplastic active components of the Endophytes crude extract were screened by the bioautography and validated by MTT assay method to Hepg2 and A549. The Result showed the bioautography was sensitive to the six antitumor drugs and was identical between P.oryza P-2b TLC bioautography and MTT assay method. The method of 2D-TLC bioautography combining P. Oryzae P-2b was established to quickly screen anti-tumor activity, so as to exploit its application area.
