Abstract
Femtosecond direct space-to-time (DST) pulse shaping is demonstrated using a MEMS micromirror array. A 100 fs pulse is reshaped into an arbitrary optical waveform of about 3 ps duration. The micromirror array is capable of synthesizing arbitrary waveforms of up to 7 ps with 16.7 fs resolution.
