Abstract :
Service innovation is an inherent power of service business growth, organizational learning is the main initiatives to optimize enterprises´ strength. Taking hotel industry as an example for empirical study, this paper finds that different dimensions of organizational learning have different impact on service innovation. Commitment to learning can affect service innovation directly, shared vision and open mindedness can affect service innovation by coordinating flexibility and resource flexibility. So the managers should adjust their behavior with these paths to maximize the value of learning resources.
