Abstract :
Since 1990s, the phenomena of high failure rate of projects have triggered researches into talents and their development in knowledge enterprises. Focusing on talents´ development maturity, the article presents the evaluation system of talents´ development in knowledge enterprises. For the reason that talents´ development system in knowledge enterprises is a complicated system which is composed of many interrelated and interactive factors, the evaluation index system of talents´ development in knowledge enterprises is not an internal independent hierarchical structure. Therefore, the article adopts analytic network process (ANP) to evaluate the maturity grades of talents´ development in knowledge enterprises. The purpose of maturity-based evaluation system of talents´ development in knowledge enterprises is to measure the maturity level of talents´ development in knowledge enterprises and tries to find out existing problems so as to provide foundation for working out development plan and for improving the maturity level of talents´ development in knowledge enterprises.
