Abstract
In view of characteristics of south-to-north water diversion supply chain, from the perspective of time, Markov chain theory is applied to the research of information flow response time distribution of the eastern route south-to-north water diversion supply chain, in order to provide a reference for the operation of this project. This study shows that information collection and processing efficiency of the node management department plays a crucial role in the eastern route south-to-north water diversion supply chain.
