Abstract :
It is analyzed the characteristics of available group data service in the mobile communication market on the basis of product life cycle in this paper. Then the obstacle factors of group data service development in different life cycle phases are analyzed and also the corresponding strategies are given. At the end of the paper the key points of life cycle management about this kind of service are concluded.
