With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, the development and application of information technology with high-speed.the global economy is moving toward integration,and competition between enterprises are gradually entering the supply chain competition,so enterprises face a rapidly changing market,and the needs of customers show the rapideness and fast growing differences in such circumstances, from the angle of supply chain survival and enhancing competitiveness, how to timely response the needs of market rapidly changing and improve the integration of the supply chain is important significance for enterprises.This paper construct virtual producer services and operation mode based on lead user and make full use of virtual enterprise of the new operation mode,which demonstrated its tremendous advantages and strong vitality in the network economy and then put forward producer services, manufacturing, marketing net, market user etc in the bottom and middle of supply chain integration operation mode.
