Abstract :
Under the circumstance of economic globalization, interfirm network has been utilized as a channel to transfer knowledge by increasing number of enterprises. While what kind of network is needed to achieve effective knowledge transfer? This paper analyzed the influential factor about transfer knowledge in terms of supplier network from the structure and tie perspective. According to the empirical study of questionnaire, the paper draw the conclusions that the tie quality and network centrality are positive correlated with knowledge transfer in the suppliers´ network, but tie intensity and knowledge transfer are not significantly correlated. These conclusions have significant effect on the construction of effective supplier network.
