  • Abstract
    A new predictive control technique has been proposed in this article. The proposed strategy is based on the control matrix formulation combined with a tuning technique using model regression. Poor dynamics and high nonlinearities are parts of the difficulties in the control of pneumatic actuator functions, which make the proposed matrix an attractive solution. The proposed regression technique expression of the move suppression λΡγ is applied with the proposed matrix to achieve the best result. The performance of the designed controller achieved impressive results for its quick response and accurate behavior of the tracking compared to the conventional method. The developed controller is applied to a pneumatic actuator to optimize the force and to reduce the impact of measurement noise of the system to achieve better and smoother tracking.
