Abstract
In the background of the calculation of power system theoretical line loss, the differences of the node type´s combination of PQ or PV often lead to the false result or even non-convergence with the disturbance of bad data. This paper proposes a method that first state estimation is used to exclude bad data. Then HPSO is used to find the best combination of every node type of PV or PQ. HPSO´s fitness function requires the least deviate of each voltage bias, so the result will be closer to real one. Finally, the result of data screening by HPSO is used to calculate theoretical line losses calculation to enhance the accuracy of calculation. In this paper IEEE39-bus system is simulated as a model to verify the effectiveness of the method.
