  • Abstract
    Based on the definition of average pension replacement rate and previous researches, the paper divided five systematic modules that can affect pension replacement rate. Then authors analyzed the factors and concrete index of the five modules respectively, and discussed the real factors of pension replacement rate by using mathematical analysis, and researched how these index influence pension replacement rate.
