Abstract :
A multibeam antenna capable of simultaneous satellite operation over a 20° segment of the geostationary arc, including inclined orbits to ± 3°, has been designed and tested. Measured results are described for seven sample beam positions. These show that, within experimental error, the multibeam antenna behaves as predicted.
