Abstract :
After a brief review of the main characteristics required by a DCS1800 (PCN) transmitter, the paper presents the design of a fast feedback control system used for the output power levelling of a DCS1800 base station transmitter. The design is presented along with a method for applying EEsof LIBRA software to simulate the circuit´s performance and optimize its design. Calculated and measured results are given.
