Abstract :
This paper describes a measurement campaign (performed with a Network Analyzer) on static indoor channels at 1.8 GHz carried out by Telefónica I+D, within the RACE program. Its purpose is acting as a validation benchmark for the refinement of a statistical physical model of a mobile communications wideband channel, by means of a simulation tool implementing it.
