            Abstract :
This paper presents a parallel differential correlation acquisition algorithm in time domain for the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) hardware receivers, which synchronizes multi satellite-signals simultaneous by reusing the correlation results. We compare the computational complexity of the proposed algorithm with other correlation algorithms in time domain and the FFT-based correlation algorithm. Analysis and simulation results indicate that our algorithm outperforms other correlation algorithms in computational complexity without using rounding and scaling operations and it is feasible in the practical hardware systems.
